Our Car Service Levels
We offer Interim, Full and Major Service options. The correct service depends on your vehicle's manufacturer schedule, age, mileage and previous maintenance history.
Interim Service
Our Interim Service is suitable for vehicles requiring an oil service or additional maintenance between more comprehensive services.
Typical Interim Service includes:

- Oil filter replacement

Includes the Interim Service checks, plus:

- Wheels removed for a detailed brake inspection
- Brake pads removed, cleaned and checked where appropriate
- Brake calipers inspected for correct operation
- Detailed steering and suspension inspection
- Exhaust system inspection
- Additional under-vehicle checks
- Tyre condition and wear-pattern assessment
Please note: the cabin/pollen filter is not included in our standard Full Service.
Major Service
Our Major Service builds on the Full Service and includes additional maintenance items for a more comprehensive service.
Includes everything in the Full Service, plus:
- Cabin/pollen filter replacement where applicable
- Brake fluid replacement
- Full vehicle diagnostic scan
The timing of a Major Service should follow the vehicle manufacturer's maintenance schedule and servicing history.
Wheels-Off Brake Inspection Included in Our Full Service
One of the important differences with our Full Service is the attention given to the braking system.
Rather than simply inspecting what can be seen through the wheels, the wheels are removed so our technicians can carry out a more detailed inspection of the brake pads, discs and calipers.
Where appropriate, brake pads are removed, cleaned and refitted while the calipers are checked for correct operation.
This can be particularly beneficial on vehicles that cover lower annual mileage and on electric or hybrid vehicles where regenerative braking may mean the conventional friction brakes are used less frequently.

Does your Full Service include the cabin filter?
No. The cabin or pollen filter is not included in our standard Full Service. It is included as part of our Major Service where applicable.
What is included in a Major Service?
Our Major Service includes everything in the Full Service plus cabin/pollen filter replacement where applicable, brake fluid replacement and a full vehicle diagnostic scan.
